Will i actually ascend of a orthognathic surgery which is focusing on my expanding and advancing my maxilla? Paired with getting lean. Im low ltn rn i wonna get hmtn by 2027 then ill get implants if im still not happy.

Yeah i dont think it will be a big movement its mostly a functional surgery, but surely it will fix my facial harmony
