Will i be able to reach htn, if i have cleft lip and palate

I'll have a bone graft soon, next year rhinoplasty.
Ive been mewing and had a palatal expander, i have braces rn. And i still look subhuman, ltn at most.

Low probability. Ltn isnt ltn all the time. Some look slightly better some dont, and some have big potential and some none. You would have to post a picture (which i dont recommend) of yourself and then ppl tell u if u have good potential
