I see, thanks. I don’t think alar reduction would’ve gone over well as my nose was completely fucked from a functional perspective.

Also the alar base is still extremely swollen, so it’ll likely look significantly better in a year or so

I’m just a little surprised I’m getting such harsh reactions, whenever I posted here pre rhino I was always rated hltn-lmtn so I didn’t think being in mmtn range post rhino was a huge stretch

Not willing to say that as it would dox me, I will say it was a functional rhinoplasty with some aesthetic elements, as my breathing was completely fucked from a childhood accident

Useless question as people on this forum are split as to what the fuck MTN even means anyways. For some it's pure average, some a bit above average, some people even treat it as notably above average. It's ridiculous and shows how ratings are meaningless, the forum half about ratings can't even agree what a rating means l0l

Yeah that makes sense, I’ve gotten wildly differing answers. For me MMTN is slightly above average, and would be found attractive by women if good hair halo, being an actor, charismatic, or tall. Like Joe Keery for example
