bimaxillary advancement + genioplasty. your nose is not the weak point. plus bimax will change the shape of your nose to be more optimal so rhino would be redundant

chin implant could be good but you wont solve the underlying issue, you have downward growth + recessed mandibular and mid gonial angle, which bimaxillary advancement + genio would ultimately solve
