I'm with my girl some friends and we're at some random dollar tree right? So I see melatonin there for one buck.
Should I take it? It's a dollar so I bought it anyway. Is it a good enough estrogen blocker and did I buy a ripoff?

That must explain why I take 10 mg and still can't sleep. I just cut them in half or thirds anyway.

Isn't melatonin and aromasin both aromotose inhibitors? To like keep growth plates open longer.

Melatonin effect is negligible. Get aromasin.
Melatonin can help if aromasin is giving you sleep issues.

Also is there any truth to this research? Should using mk-677 give me an inch in 3 months or is that ala just an estimate? He talks about it at the end.

all it does is just make u drowsy when u wake up at higher doses, thus harder to wake up.


5-10mg is pretty nice when tryna have a good sleep
