Ive been trying to lose weight, every week I hit a successful calorie deficit streak. I instantly lose it the next week and I'm back to square zero. Any tips to help me stay on track? I'm also planning to get a rhinoplasty when I hit 18. Do you think I could improve much?

tbh honest just fight through it. You like food too much. exercise if you already arent jfl. ur not supposed to enjoy it

Why would I need hgh?
HGH stimulates lipolysis and you'll still retain your muscle on HGH, not like it'll be going anywhere but it's good to have

Reta by itself is fine

lock in. losing weight is prety easy but if you cant try using reta+inyectable l-carnitine

Yeah I recently started smoking and it actually works great. Ive lost 4 kilos so far, I've done this before and lost 20 kilos but gained it right back because most of it was muscle from starving myself on 700 calories a day

try to get down to 16-20% bf first, nobody can see your bones even bhai:lul:

Yes I've tried and I've lost 20 kilos. But I didn't ask for a rating mate I asked for advice what are you on about.

If u aint having no control over the hunger urges, roids can be helpfull, will loose weight and build muscle due to androgenic effect of most in the category. Any 3 category of mtn potential, fat just makes it difficult to tell

Are roids really necessary? I'm 16 it's dangerous. Here are photos from when I was 14, I was still obese here but I lost 20 kilos here, (from 105 kg to 88 at 170cm)
