Will I ever have excellent social skills??

I can always get better at talking
Putting myself in more social situations
Practice and learn more
But Is it even possible to where I have excellent social skills to the point I can get myself into rooms ??
Ie: Network to where life gets exponentially easy. Talk to rich people, increase social class, etc because I’m so likeable and have good social skills.
