I hope you are trolling with these images in combination with this title. Because if you’re blissfully unaware, it’s just tragic.
This is a hopeless case of low potential Low-Tier normie, since an oversized philtrum is both disfiguring and basically inoperable. And so severe it makes tour other features almost irrelevant. Not that they are brilliant: besides your philtrum, your nose and ears are parody-tier failos as well. You can (and should) get rhino for your nose and glue your ears to your skull in particular, as these are fairly non-invasive steps.
