Will I get bad side effects from erda?

I’ll be working out 5x a day and working a job 5x a day while on erda. Obviously there is gonna be a lot of pressure on the plates.

I’ll be taking 4mg

Do I have to worry about the scoliosis side effect?

I think for scolios idk if you can even overcome that, you just gotta use it for some weeks, then stop and continue.
But since you're working etc, its gonna be even harder.
