Yeh my prescription Vyvanse was life changing haha. I stack that with bromantane (such an awesome compound it’s amazing) and just regular caffeine. I sometimes add in omberacetam or piracetam in there too if I wanna be super sharp and alert and capable. Stacking concerta+ritalin is kinda bad imo especially if you need propranolol to cope with the sides
