You can if u intermittent fast, work out, and fixing ur posture. i was 179 at 20 and i grew to 185 at 25, granted i had a shitty posture but still

@Hashtaggolu try going on a intermittent/snake diet regimen, if your growth plates are still on then you will highly benefit from it because of hgh boost.
Height for males heavily depends on those in your maternal side(but not necessarily), if your grandfather/Uncle on maternal side are taller than what you are right now, you still have room to grow.
