I just turned 17 last month, and for reference my dad is 184cm and my mum is 165cm, and I am 179cm rn. I was 150cm in April 2022 (my earliest recorded height) and I started my growth spurt roughly in August 2023. I have grown 2.2cm in the past 5-6 months, have I reached my max height?

probably not, i think you could grow an inch and a half more maybe, check your bone age and growth plates could be more.
