Will I have to pay for orthodontic appliances in a country with Healthcare?

I life in Austria, we have great healthcare.
I got a consultation with my ortho next year and I will ask them for MSE and help with a facepuller like @CopeAndRope 's facepuller.
Will I have to pay for this, or should I tell them my problems are worse then they really are so insurance pays for it?

if you have serious problems with health because of your face (sleep apnea etc) then yes it could get paid
for cosmetic purposes you have to pay everything

I have posture problems and joint problems, maybe also some sleep issues (nothing big tho)... I just wonder if I should be honest or make it sound worse than it is
