Will i look bad with midface implants?

So i have a pretty recessed midface my biggest failo imo so i will get for sure infras for better orbitals covering but idk if to have an extension of the implant to the upper maxilla too (area above the nasal spine)

Also how should i plan the design to obtain a high cheekbone and sharp homogeneous look? i would rather look like a zombie than having 2 chicken breasts on my face
