ough dude you already have pretty long hair as it is and with your hair texture I couldn't see it forming very evenly. As well, hair should highlight your best facial features so try to find a hair style to do just that, and if you can't pinpoint anything buzz and hard reset, and focus your facial features before worrying about hair.

No my hair isn't long at all compared to what I want, and I'm also looking to get chin surgery someday
