Just be in a small but sustainable caloric deficit with lots of protein and lift heavy weights theory

dont go that low calories plus doing exercise, you are just gonna kill yourself or not even be able to sustain it 2 days.

Do 2 day water fasts. On the second day, take the ECA stack. You'll be in prime fat burning mode because you're on the second day of your fast, and then the fat burning will get boosted by the ECA stack.

You can do a whey protein fast instead, but that makes the experience harder in my experience.

However, this will sap you of your muscle mass and bone mineral density.

It feels pretty good actually.

To lose fat without stimulants:
Take 5-HTP (300 mg/day, increasing to 500 mg/day over a week), EGCG (400–500 mg/day) and Medium-chain Triglycerides (2–12 g/day).
Once in a while, suspend supplementation of 5-HTP to assess if it is still able to reduce your carbohydrate cravings.
This specialized combo can be supplemented year round, on its own or in conjunction with the “stimulant” combo.

not even kids older than 6 can liev with daily consumption of 1000 calories. at most you could eat normally some days and others do this as others say; but you cant live for long with 1k calories

its mostly inflammaiton and hormones
pepole nowadays neither eat more or exercise less than they did in past, thats a myth

lower your inflmation, cut out carbs and talk to @Prettyboy

Do ~1200 cal for a short period (3-6 weeks) and you should lose 5-10 pounds just like that. Your fat will provide the remaining calories (that's why it burns away and you lose weight), so just focus on getting adequate protein intake and micronutrients.
