My sleep schedule is very shit. i have work at the morning and school at night thats why. im getting only about 5hrs of sleep at night. will i become a soy boy?

i honestly barely get sleep nowadays, it's hard with how much shit professors throw at you like nothing jfl. it's why most people descend hard during college. all the workload from school, drugs, minimal sleep etc is bound to manifest on ur body quicki honestly barely get sleep nowadays, it's hard with how much shit professors throw at you like nothing jfl. I haven't descended hard collagen wise, my undereye support is still insane and other shit. But I definitely have a lack of sleep enough to have an extremely volatile schedule where I randomly sleep throughout the day since i'm so tired, I sometimes do all nighters etc.it's why most people descend hard during college. all the workload from school, drugs, minimal sleep etc is bound to manifest on ur body quick
