Will ice hooding / eye pulling work

Just discovered something called eye pulling and ice hooding which is exactly what I need.

It's literally my slight curved upper eyelid that is holding me back from having hunter eyes. I held my eyebrows down with two fingers and it ascended me hard.


Do you think ice hooding and eye pulling can give.me that perma look?

Both work but a few people said eye pulling can mess skin up there after a while sometimes.
