Why would you want to do incisor chewing? For me it would make sense since i have a pretty tall lower third and a gonial angle on the higher side

Browridge gains is hard to believe ngl. I doubt you would benefit much from incisor chewing since you said that your lower third is already short meaning that you probably already have as much forward growth as you can have foe your genetics. Is your mandible forward grown or not?
