Will injecting dutasteride fuck up my development?

Currently 16 and NW 1
My DHT levels are pretty high , but I was wondering if injecting dutasteride + minox on my scalp would end up backfiring and nuking any chances of further developing my bone structure/muscles. If so, anything I can do to at least keep my current hairline without fucking myself over?
