Will insurance covered bimax be worth it or best to avoid ?

I can get it through insurance but will it be worth it is the question I heard they don’t allow you to choose what you want and to help design I’m at a loss is it true?
 
thats not true, depending on your location/insurance you can often choose your surgeon. also, whether it will look good or not depends entirely on the surgeon and has very little to do with the insurance. just find a surgeon who takes your insurance also cares about aesthetics

edit: sometimes its possible they charge you extra if you want extra stuff like custom plates or implants. depends on surgeon and insurance
