Will intermittent fasting during the early stages for puberty nuke my development

I was thinking about a 48 hour fast so that I could burn unwanted fat off of my body, mainly so I could save my fat ass face. My main worry is that those two days of eating no food will seriously affect my growth considering I’m in the prime point of development in my life. I’m not at the peak of my puberty yet but I know for a fact I’m experiencing it. Will 48 hours without food have a negligible or noticeable affect on my growth?

TLDR; Entering puberty, will not eating for 48 hours destroy my development

48 fast wont do anything for your fat and will put your body in alot of stress

Nah it's good, do it
Increases HGH (it magically goes to your bones so you can vertically grow, how? it just does ok)

calculate your maintanance and just eat 300-500cals below it . you dont need to do a 48 hr fast and it will be more stressful compared to just eating 300-500cals less . those 48 hrs youll be just thinking about food and when you break your fast youll devour everything like a goblin and eat 2 days worth of calories. so no point of fast for fat loss.

Just don't starve 24/7 and you'll be fine. Although I would personally recommend a high deficit with all proper micronutrients, that way you are fully nourished and still get to burn fat.
