We need better surgery techniques today's pathetic implants even the customized ones, filler, fat grafting, isn't enough to make truly unattractive men even reach normie level. With the huge amount of information at our fingertips today, is anyone even looking into this issue and developing new radical surgery techniques and imaging technology that can ascend any man? When do you believe such such technology will be available for the truly wealthy and eventually become mainstream?
