Lol no. Likely will not do anything and even if it did, it would just make your already existing bones more defined from head to toe. If your browridge is weak, it wouldn't become visible with K2.
I feel like it's a meme tho. nobody in the history from mankind has ever reported any impressive growth. Save your money.

k2 and d3 increasing the size of your bones is kind of a meme, k2 and d3 themselves aren't though

2000IU is bad JFL it won’t do anything

Have you been taking D3 and K2?

How is your brow ridge?

Too much D3, not enough K2.
If it's MK4 you must take much higher doses.

You said 10000IU, not 2000IU.
Yeah you said 10000IU is too much which is not

Anyway did you take D3 and K2? How is your brow ridge? And you bones?

I take 2400IU in D3 and 100mcg in K2 daily, probably not going to change anything but I'll continue using it anyway.

Update us man

Oh this is a serious question?
Yes it is

There is a lot of discussion about this topic in PSL sites

So I thought I might ask people here who are knowledgeable

Yes, I did. 5000IU per day.
I don't notice any changes tbh.

What makes you believe that this will specifically affect your brow ridge? Are you referring to more dense bones in general?

hows the nopoo going nig

Update us man
Will do. My browridge is pretty prominent although it always has been, in all fairness (At least since I started paying attention to it). It's gonna be hard to tell and measure whether daily dosing D3+K2 for a prolonged period of time is actually going to make it even more prominent.
I doubt it but I'll keep close tabs on it.

It’s bad ngl

I shampooed after the 40 days of no poo

Hair is really greasy so I had to do it

Anything that increase brow ridge

Bones,muscles, ect

Idk if there is muscles in the brow ridge

MK4 is the one taken for bone growth, and big doses, multiple times per day.
So I’m safe or I need to switch to MK4?

If you are curious
OK, but watch out for unwanted calcification, some people apparently can't process K2-MK7, and too much D3 is harmful, if your teeth start to accumulate too much dental calculus it's a sign you are taking too much D3.
