For realand they say greycels are retarded
Safe upper limit for D is 49000 IU. Still not recommendable. Are you insane? You get the vitamin D poisoning.
k2 and d3 increasing the size of your bones is kind of a meme, k2 and d3 themselves aren't thoughLol no. Likely will not do anything and even if it did, it would just make your already existing bones more defined from head to toe. If your browridge is weak, it wouldn't become visible with K2.
I feel like it's a meme tho. nobody in the history from mankind has ever reported any impressive growth. Save your money.
I want my bones to be more defined nglLol no. Likely will not do anything and even if it did, it would just make your already existing bones more defined from head to toe. If your browridge is weak, it wouldn't become visible with K2.

2000IU is bad JFL it won’t do anythingAre you insane? You get the vitamin D poisoning.
Useless answerInject genes.
Per day? I don´t think so.Safe upper limit for D is 49000 IU. Still not recommendable.
You said 10000IU, not 2000IU.2000IU is bad JFL it won’t do anything
Have you been taking D3 and K2?
How is your brow ridge?
Nah it’s pretty good imoToo much D3, not enough K2.
If it's MK4 you must take much higher doses.
Yeah you said 10000IU is too much which is notYou said 10000IU, not 2000IU.
No, it's not.Nah it’s pretty good imo
Oh this is a serious question?Useless answer
Update us manI take 2400IU in D3 and 100mcg in K2 daily, probably not going to change anything but I'll continue using it anyway.
Yes it isOh this is a serious question?
Yes, I did. 5000IU per day.Yeah you said 10000IU is too much which is not
Anyway did you take D3 and K2? How is your brow ridge? And you bones?
MK-7No, it's not.
You also didn't say what kind of K2 you take.
How long you been taking it?Yes, I did. 5000IU per day.
I don't notice any changes tbh.
1 yearHow long you been taking it?
Wow that’s a lot lol1 year
Will do. My browridge is pretty prominent although it always has been, in all fairness (At least since I started paying attention to it). It's gonna be hard to tell and measure whether daily dosing D3+K2 for a prolonged period of time is actually going to make it even more prominent.Update us man
It’s bad nglhows the nopoo going nig
MK4 is the one taken for bone growth, and big doses, multiple times per day.MK-7
Anything that increase brow ridgeWhat makes you believe that this will specifically affect your brow ridge? Are you referring to more dense bones in general?
So I’m safe or I need to switch to MK4?MK4 is the one taken for bone growth, and big doses, multiple times per day.
This is what's usually used for bone remodeling. So I’m safe or I need to switch to MK4?
This is what's usually used for bone remodeling.
OK, but watch out for unwanted calcification, some people apparently can't process K2-MK7, and too much D3 is harmful, if your teeth start to accumulate too much dental calculus it's a sign you are taking too much D3.If you are curious
