Will leanmaxxing ruin my eye area

I have heard alot of guys saying leanmaxxing ruined their eye area making it from almond to round eyes. Right now I have decent horizontally wide almond eyes with very little upper eyelid exposure . I'm around 27% bf . If I go to 15-12% bf will my eye shape change . Some say leanmaxxing didn't change their eye shape some say it did im confused. Did anyone from you ruin the eyearea from losing weight , share your thoughts
