Will lefort 1 advancement destroy hollow cheeks?

Will a lefort 1 osteotomy advancement forward of about 4-5mm destroy my hollow cheeks or not, what about ogee curvee?
What do you think?
Also would a bimax then be better or worse ?
No implants used just screws and fixations that can be removed after 1-2 Years

As a guard from Auschwitz who witnessed many of Mengeles lefortes i would say the hollow cheeks would be the same or slightly better

depends, it only makes it look worse if you have a bad ccw rotation

yeah, the only thing that would destroy your hollow cheeks is the post-surgery swelling that will go away
