Will Lefort 1 rotate the nose tip?

Will Lefort 1 rotate the nose tip upwards? I had a big droopy nose and got rhinoplasty despite having a recessed maxilla when I was bluepilled on jaw growth. It still droops and is downturned afterwards.

If your maxilla is pretty recessed it might

probably won’t get upturn but maybe more straight

wouldn’t recommend rhino to get upturn because you’ll have small nose look and people will know you’ve had work done

It still improved me 1.5 IRL points. My nose was giga truecel before. Now it's in the realm of normal but still big.

I think it depends if cw or ccw rotation of the maxilla right? I assume ccw rotation makes your nose a bit more upturned while cw doesnt.

How about linear advancement?

Yes it's just logic

For example if you advance maxilla your lip will upturn, u can put a finger on your mouth just behind upper lip and when you push it have an upturn effect

Same for the nose

If you fully downgraft the maxilla then no nose change but for this you need to have 0teeth show

does anyone know if i can get an extreme 2-3 cm upper and lower jaw lowering on a second bimax?

Can you PM me your results? One of the main reasons I want to get lefort is for my droopy nose and hollow paranasal area.
