will losing fat help fwhr

my fwhr is 1.6 and Im still growing im like 80% done and sure that my skull will stay the same size only gaining maybe 3 cm overall but my fwhr is still very small does that losing fat make it look wider or smaller because I dont know if I should put in work just for it to look worse and have more of a peanut skull
