Will losing fat make me significantly more dimorphic or is it just bones

im currently probably around 18, max 20 % bf. my face looks somewhat lean but my body is pretty chubby so idk

yeah it will, but ur lower height is making u look more feminine. anyone being low bf will make them more masculine as men are naturally lower bf than women. but if ur asking if it will make u look like ur older than 12, then no
