Will lowered Body fat % bring out wrinkles?

Hi, I currently working on an ascension plan to get my face between 18-23 year old girls buttcheeks starting next year, I just need to get in shape first,

my face is looking a bit puffy and my jowls are sagging a bit, but I'm hoping that a lowered BF% will tighten that up.

I'm worried that maybe a lowered BF% will just make wrinkles come out, as my skin will be looser?

I'm currently 40 years old with 17% BF%, hoping to drastically get it down such as 10%
