No. Just like the idea that big traps make your shoulders/frame look narrow is bullshit imo.

What makes you look narrow is small shoulders. Small neck or traps wont suddenly make you look wider or give some crazy illusion. Youll just look narrow with a pencil neck as opposed to narrow with a thick neck and robust
