Will marpe ascend me?

I have my sleep test next week. After that I Will probably get marpe (sleep apnea). Will marpe make me look better or worse? Or wouldnt it change much? The main reason im getting marpe is for breathing problems btw.

unfortunately no,I will get an mse soon if my orthodontist agree with me (btw im 17),I am happy beacuse I will get more space for mewing but I had to realise at that age expenders won't affect the bones that much just a little bit

brotha lean out trust me, the structure is present its just not visible because your sitting at like 18% bodyfat. You have good forward growth, and your maxilla isn't recessed. What marpe will do is make your zygos pop more, and may potentially descend your jaw. In many cases the mandible rotates clockwise (anterior part moves slightly downward and backward) right after active expansion. This is typically due to temporary occlusal interferences from the widened upper arch, minor bite opening, or subtle vertical changes in the maxilla. This is usually temporary and should return to normal after about 6 months, but it will give the impression that your a bit recessed. Just keep this in mind. Good luck brotha!

imo no, I think it will make your face too wide and fuckup your looks. and last time I checked marpe doesn't give you wider lips so if your goal is wider lips I don't think marpe is the solution.

Thank you for explaining brother. I think im not at 18 procent bodyfat. This is me a few weeks back. I think around 12-14 or so. My face likes to store fat or may be inflimacion? What does rep+mark mean im new.
