will marpe botch me?

I think i need a marpe because my airways are too narrow so it’s hard to breathe through my nose and also i want to fix my failos. My upper jaw is actually more narrow than the lower, but i don’t think that i’m the good candidate for marpe because it might completely ruin the harmony. My ortho says that it’s going to be ok, but i’m not sure. What do you think? Any advices?

If you need the palate / midface / functional benefits that bad then do it if you are too scared of it not widening esr and only widing zygos then dont do it
