Will MARPE fix my 1:1 mouth to nose ratio?

My mouth/lip area is SO ASS!

I was wondering if marpe or bimax would fix it. Or even accutane

Same here i think it works but it works in slight .isnt there some sort of lip widening surgery

yeah so pretty much negligible difference for us lipcels getting our harmony raped . there is a surgery for it but i haven't looked into it yet. I want to try the lip widening device in BotB but there's a big risk of giving yourself nasolobial folds. I heard applying face tape to it+ heavy moisturisation on that specific smile line area can help.

I heard it is called some sort of a Lateral Commissuroplasty(holy name) it can cause scarring at lip corner but it can increase lip about 10–14mm . Idk about nasolabial folds i think it wont create that much of a nasolabial folds expect scarring
