Will MARPE help/worsen my aesthetics?

I’m highly considering MARPE due to horrible traditional orthodontics(4 premolars removed, never any expansion leaving me recessed)and ending up with a very narrow pallet (33ish mm) when I measered my retainer mold and I have a big tongue that no longer fits in my mouth so I had to give up wearing my retainers for more room about 2 weeks after I got them when I was 13-14 now I’m 17 and thankfully sense then I’ve gotten more space and my pallet is now roughly 35mm. My question is will marpe and hopefully headgear help or worsen my aesthetics? Because none of the airway orthotics will answer aesthetic questions.

if you genuinely need marpe it will help, the only way people look worse after it is if they didnt need it or they got overexpanded

I also got an overbite and my top front 2 teeth have shifted foward sense giving up in the retainer
