For anyone actually wondering, no, minoxidil and dutasteride at this point will not regrow hairs there. Why?

Dihydrotestosterone makes hair follicles on the scalp smaller and weaker a long time. Hair follicles will eventually become inactive and die permanently.

You are born with a fixed number of hair follicles. Babies and adults have the same number of hair follicles. When a hair follicle dies, it is dead forever. It will never come back.

This is why you must take action sooner than later if this starts happening to you. - Ergogenic
