Living with insuline resistance for life, is brutals.

It's a limited risk. And depends on dose, and amount of intake time.
Would not be a bad idea, to do during the cycles measuring of insuline. Which can be easy done with a decently cheap machine. I would add some Berberine to the mix, which regulates insuline a bit.

Dont be afraid of insulin reseistance
Mk has jsut slightly increased my blood sugar levels and thats all. To become diabetes, you need years of much higher blood sugar, its very unlikely to get diabetes with mk, just track ur blood sugar levels
