nah ill be doing it 5 days on, 2 days off so that it doesnt fuck with the insulin too bad. And ill also take berberine just too be safe

personally ik someone who used it ive also used it and had the same results but Mk-677 at the ages (17 and 15 ) and they had great results skin cleared up they got that "mk glow effect" for both and both gained a good amount of size etc.. but it will bloat depending on ur diet and time u use if you dont want to be as hungry throughout your day take it at night instead of in the morning if gaining weight isnt something ur looking for dont take it but youll defiantly notice a difference because it really does make you alot hungrier so you will gain weight and muscle from eatting more id say u should take it at ur age youll see good results if your looking to bulk and since Mk-677 Naturally stimulates the body to produce growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1 which is critical for building muscles, growth(height), recovery, and overall tissue repair so unless your workout wrong its impossible to not see noticeable effects with in the first few months of use especially if trying to gain mass as long as you take it with constant training and dieting

yea fosure the hunger is crazy especially if you take it at the beginning of ur day.. but if you take it before bed instead the hunger is not nearly as bad but you'll still be little more hungry than usual
