will molar impants help my jaw?

i havent chewed on my molars since i was 13 cause of an infection that caused them to rot the FUCK out.

i went to the dentist today to start operations for crowns and shit

he told me he will remove my molars
(for context the top part of the molars rotted, the tooth is still in its place)

after the operation of removing them, i'd have to wait till my gums "shrink"

and only then i will get my crowns.

i'm scared this will recess me even more and i'll be unfuckable

i asked him if it would change my face.

he looked kinda sad and said without a doubt it will change it "slightly" but it'll buff out once the implants are on there.

will this fuck or help my jaw/chin?

I had to get a molar implant, due to me being knocked out (got suckerpunched from behind in a bar)

the difference between my left and right side was noticeable after just weeks. I had to wait 6 months due to some shitty paperwork and for the gum to "heal" before i could implant. Get the implant as soon as possible. The longer u wait, the more jawbone/masseters will atrophy.

I chewed exclusively on the site where i had the missing molar for 2.5 years, it took a long time to "recover"

And dont get crown/bridges or whatever, get a dental implant, with the screw on.

That is ok, 6 months is the maximum in my opinion and ur timeframe is well inside that schedule

U gotta mix things up, use every teeth, but focus on ur "weak" side, i chew gum on my weak side, and use a jaw ball 60lbs for front teeth stimulation, i feel the jaw ball more on my "stronger" side

chew on the side that is less sharp, buy a cheap jaw ball from ebay, 60lbs, it will maintain ur strong side

yeah, but atleast, chew on ur front teeth while waiting for ur new molars, u need some stimulation, its not ideal, but its better than nothing
