Will moles and freckles fade after I hop off MT-2?

I'm on MT-2 rn it's been around a week on it and the only side effects I am facing now is my darkened moles and freckles. They started off as not that apparent but now it's making me look like shit. Are these permanent once I hop off MT-2 or will they fade?
