Not really. If your mouth gets wider you will have less space for hollow cheeks so they will just decrease a bit in width. But it wont ruin your hollow cheeks. it will look better because a wider mouth is more attractive than smaller mouth, you will just loose a bit of width in hollow cheeks but gain mouth width. Which tbh wide mouth + smaller hollow cheeks look a lot better than small mouth + large hollow cheeks
