the main benefit im looking for in the process is more laterally projected zygos, but in some cases i see it just gives the patient a round overall face and fucks their harmony.

I have a palate that isnt really considered narrow, maybe just sub optimal.
I dont have any issues with breathing, or that stuff. I just cant fully mew without my tounge touching my teeth a bit.
