Will MSE descend me? 5-6mm expansion

I do have symptoms of a narrow palate like dental crowding, snoring, longer midface

I don't know whether it'll be good for me in terms of facial aesthetics beause my nose is decently prominent (not sure whether it's wide) and is also bulbous.

I also have concerns for my ipd and I want to know how I'll be able to check if my nose and my IPD will be fine after a decently significanat expansion of 5-6mm.

Don’t worry just get it after that you can check and see what you can do also that you said that you have dental crowding and other factors (could said you better if you showed some proof) but that’s imo
