It depends how narrow you are to begin with, but I can see 12 teeth when I smile after MSE. Widening the smile is probably the one aesthetic change you can reliably expect. Everything else is pretty subtle.

I think a little, but my cheekbones were already laterally prominent so they don't look radically different.
