Will MSE help me aesthetically?

I’m wondering if you guys think my face would benefit from it. I do think I actually need it in terms of better lifestyle qualities such as wider palate and smile, but unsure if I’ll look better.

Its very case by case basis. Me personally im undergoing invisalign currently and my palate expanded a pretty good amount. In my refinement trays ill be having it moved back to normal. I look a bit more bloated and a bit older.
