i have a narrow lower jaw, cheekbones and zygos aswell as a slight recessed upper maxilla, if i was to consult a orthodontist will they allow me to have one?

no, your jaw width cant be significantly wider than your temples/forehead width
it would look comical

also mind that selfies skew the face to look rounder, they make cheekbones appear wider
