they work for me tbh but it depends on your genetics, certain SNPs dictate your carotenoid deposition aka how much gets into your skin

tretinoin should improve your complexion

Yeah just don’t go any higher than even 200mcg

start at 50mcg a day and build it up by 25mcg per day

then 50mcg maintenance dose
