My Orthodontist told me to wear these shitty rubberbands 24/7. They connect from my second molar to my cuspid. I've heard they can retract the maxillia and ruin my forward growth. Feels like my ortho is shitting on me.

It might restrict forward growth but I wouldn’t worry too much about that. Lots of chads had braces and had no issues. Just make sure they don’t narrow the palate!
