It’s fucking small as shit and I’m wondering if it i will grow (I’m tanner stage around 2.5-3. I shot blanks till almost 16 and my mom was also very late so am I chilling and if so how much growth should I expect??

lmao bro 3 inches is rough. that's like, definitely a failo, no way around it. genetics are everything for dick size. you could try surgery but the results are usually pretty garbage and risky.

You can improve it other ways but yes it’s limited to a few inches

You can start jelqing, that helps a ton and has gaven me about 1.5 inches over 4 months
